Franklin Heights waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 68-62 W against the Centennial Stars. For the Falcons, this counts as revenge for the 97-62 victory the Stars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2020.

Franklin Heights' win bumped their record up to 14-6. As for Centennial, their loss dropped their record down to 17-5.

Looking ahead, Franklin Heights will square off against Columbus Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Columbus Academy will roll in looking for their 22nd straight victory, something Franklin Heights surely won't give up without a fight. As for Centennial, they will be taking part in a tournament against Beechcroft at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
