Coronado had already won five in a row and they went ahead and made it six on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Westminster Wolves. The two-set effort marked the Cougars' lowest-scoring match of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Their offense was headlined by Sebastian Steger and Gavin Mason, who picked up eight kills apiece. They got some help from Paolo Piuma and his 24 assists. Wyatt Hudson controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Coronado's win bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Westminster, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Coronado has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Denver East on the 15th. As for Westminster, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Highlands Ranch on the 15th.
