Osage City entered their tilt with Wellsville on Saturday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Eagles.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Osage City took both sets by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-15.

Kaelyn Boss paced Osage City's offense, picking up eight kills. Boss got some help from Madalyn Mullinix and her 13 assists. Mullinix was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Osage City's record is now 26-12. As for Wellsville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 24-16.

Osage City didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Frontenac on the 25th. Wellsville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
