Basketball Recap: Highland Comes Up Short

Highland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 53-51 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lone Tree Lions. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Huskies have suffered since January 23, 2024.

Highland's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Lone Tree, their win bumped their record up to 7-13.

As of now, neither Highland nor Lone Tree have any future games scheduled.
