Soccer Recap: Cross Keys Comes Up Short

Cross Keys was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Northview Titans, falling 10-0. The Phoenix were not able to make up for their loss to the Titans from their previous meeting back in February of 2022.

Cross Keys' defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Northview, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-4.

Cross Keys wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 10-0 loss against Marist on the 6th. As for Northview, they will take on Clarkston at 6:00 p.m. on March 11th. Northview will be up against Clarkston's rather soft defense (which has allowed six goals per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
