The Pacheco Panthers will venture away from home to square off against the Ceres Bulldogs at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Aidan Pikas and Tucker Kim made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Pikas pitched four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off three hits. Meanwhile, Kim tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. That's the first time he hasn't allowed a single hit since back in March of 2024. The team relied heavily on Aiden Maines, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 4-for-4. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Isaac Moreno, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4.

Ceres' win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-3. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for Pacheco, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-7.
