Basketball Recap: Howell Has No Trouble Against Jackson Memorial

Howell got their first taste of in-conference action this week and they started things off strong. They blew past the Jackson Memorial Jaguars 63-42 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Rebels have posted since January 4th.

Howell's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-8. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.7 points over those games. As for Jackson Memorial, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 9-12.

Coming up, Howell will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Donovan Catholic at 4:00 p.m. Jackson Memorial does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
