Volleyball Game Preview: Warner Robins Demons vs. New Hampstead Phoenix

The Warner Robins Demons will face off against the New Hampstead Phoenix at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Warner Robins will be strutting in after a win while New Hampstead will be coming in after a defeat.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Warner Robins turned things around against Northside on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Eagles.

Warner Robins easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-18.

Meanwhile, New Hampstead was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Liberty County.

While New Hampstead had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-19.

Warner Robins' win bumped their record up to 6-17. As for New Hampstead, their loss dropped their record down to 2-17.
