Baseball Recap: Manteca Buffaloes vs. Weston Ranch Cougars
Manteca took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Tuesday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Weston Ranch Cougars a 17-0 shutout. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Buffaloes also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

Nate Slikker was incredible, going 3-for-4 with two triples, three runs, and three RBI. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in triples. Preston Smith was another key player, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.
