Basketball Recap: Sacopee Valley's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Sacopee Valley came into Thursday's matchup having lost ten straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 53-46 victory over the Traip Rangers on Thursday. This was a revenge game for the Hawks: when they faced off against the Rangers back in December of 2024, they had to take a 53-42 defeat.

Sacopee Valley's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Traip, they now have a losing record at 3-4.

Sacopee Valley didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 65-47 loss against Hall-Dale on the 4th. Traip has also already played their next game, a 37-34 defeat against Waynflete on the 4th.
