Basketball Game Preview: Meadowcreek Mustangs vs. Seckinger Jaguars

The Meadowcreek Mustangs just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the Seckinger Jaguars at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Meadowcreek and three for Seckinger.

It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 66-18, which was the final score in Meadowcreek's tilt against North Gwinnett on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Mustangs can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 451st, while the Bulldogs are ranked 165th).

Meanwhile, Seckinger was beaten by Milton 88-20 on Monday.

Seckinger's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Meadowcreek, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-13.

Meadowcreek lost to Seckinger on the road by a decisive 51-35 margin when the teams last played back in November of 2024. Can Meadowcreek avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
