Chico strolled into their game on Tuesday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They put the hurt on the Enterprise Hornets with a sharp 11-0 win. Considering the Panthers have won six matches by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Carter Miles tossed a big game, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Those 12 strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

At the plate, Chico got a big performance out of Jordan Neugebauer, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3. Abrahan Medina was another key player, scoring a run while going 1-for-1.

Chico's victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0. As for Enterprise, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Chico beat the Hornets by a score of 11-1 later that day.
