Liam Jung posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out six batters over 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Jung and Devon Prep will be playing in front of their home fans against Germantown Friends at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The last time Jung duked it out with Germantown Friends (back in May of 2023), the Tide came out on top by a score of 6-2. Will another strong game from Jung be enough to do it again?
