Baseball Game Preview: St. Charles East Fighting Saints vs. Glenbard North Panthers

For the second straight game, St. Charles East will face off against Glenbard North. The Fighting Saints will be playing at home against the Panthers at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

On Tuesday, St. Charles East was able to grind out a solid victory over Glenbard North, taking the game 7-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Fighting Saints.

Nathan Moline looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over four innings pitched. He has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, James Feigleson was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 4-for-4. Those four hits gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Joey Arend, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

St. Charles East kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Glenbard North's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-5. As for St. Charles East, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.
