Garner had to settle for second on Friday, but Erynn Jackson sure wasn't going down easily. Jackson posted eight points and six boards, good enough to set a new career-high in points in the process. We marked that as the best effort she's had all season, even better than her performance on December 6th, 2024 (when she scored no points along with nine steals and seven assists) (Gamescore: 10.2 vs. 8.6).

Looking ahead, Jackson and Garner will square off against Southeast Raleigh at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Jackson will face off against Jada Rhodes, the Bulldogs' star forward.
