Soccer Recap: Northeastern vs. First Flight
After flying high against Pasquotank County last Monday, Northeastern came back down to earth. The Northeastern Eagles lost 9-0 to the First Flight Nighthawks on Wednesday. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Nighthawks recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.
Northeastern's loss dropped their record down to 2-12-1. As for First Flight, the win for them keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
Coincidentally, both will both be playing Holmes the next time they take the pitch. First Flight will head out to face Holmes at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Northeastern will host them at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
