Recap: Cosumnes Oaks vs. Pleasant Grove
The Cosumnes Oaks Wolfpack have not won a game since December 28, 2023, a trend which continued on Monday. Their rough 5-1 defeat to Pleasant Grove might stick with them for a while. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Cosumnes Oaks of the 4-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January.

Julian Sevilla, who's played more minutes than anyone else on the Pleasant Grove squad sat out for Monday's game. With Sevilla sidelined, Donovan Avila got Avila first action of the season. Avila made the most of the opportunity, putting up an assist. A few more games like that and he might be seeing even more time going forward.
Cosumnes Oaks has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-12-4 record this season. As for Pleasant Grove, their win bumped their record up to 12-4-3.
Cosumnes Oaks does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Pleasant Grove, they will be playing at home against Enochs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
