Belleville had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Pecatonica/Argyle Vikings 61-58. Winning may never get old, but the Wildcats sure are getting used to it with their 12th in a row.

Belleville's win bumped their record up to 23-5. As for Pecatonica/Argyle, they moved to 19-4 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
