Softball Recap: Boston Latin Takes a Loss

Boston Latin lost against Bedford back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Wolfpack came up short against the Buccaneers, falling 18-2. The Wolfpack have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bridget Ball made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one double. That double marked the first that she has hit this season.

Boston Latin's defeat dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Bedford, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 9-1.

Looking ahead, Boston Latin will take on Brookline at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bedford, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Concord-Carlisle at 4:30 p.m.
