Football Game Preview: Garnet Valley Jaguars vs. Upper Perkiomen Indians

The Garnet Valley Jaguars will challenge the Upper Perkiomen Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Garnet Valley's defense has only allowed 13.7 points per game this season, so Upper Perkiomen's offense will have their work cut out for them.

On Friday, Garnet Valley was able to grind out a solid victory over Ridley, taking the game 17-7.

Meanwhile, after a string of five wins, Upper Perkiomen's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 14-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of Spring-Ford. Despite 117 more yards than the Rams, the Indians couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Garnet Valley's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-3. Those road victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.0 points on average over those games. As for Upper Perkiomen, their loss dropped their record down to 7-3.
