Volleyball Recap: Artesia Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

With a playoff win on the line, Artesia rose to the challenge on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Hope Christian Huskies. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Kailee Padilla paced Artesia's offense, picking up 21 kills. Padilla got some help from Kirklyn Miller and her 37 assists. Miller and Padilla didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with three apiece.

Artesia's victory bumped their record up to 21-6. As for Hope Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-8.

Artesia has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against St. Pius X on the 15th. Hope Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
