Softball Game Preview: Bow Falcons vs. Stark Generals

Bow hasn't had much luck against Stark recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Falcons will welcome the Generals at 11:00 a.m. Bow will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.

On Friday, Bow made easy work of ConVal and carried off a 20-7 victory. Considering the Falcons have won nine games by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Stark came into Friday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past Merrimack Valley 7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Generals have posted since May 8th.

Stark's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Bow, their victory bumped their record up to 10-8.

Everything went Bow's way against Stark in their previous matchup back in May of 2025, as Bow made off with a 17-0 win. Do the Falcons have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Generals turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
