Jose Velez put up the most points he's had since back in January of 2024 on Friday. He wasn't messing around, going 9 for 20 on his way to 19 points and eight rebounds. The match was his fourth straight with eight or more boards. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for four straight games.
