Volleyball Game Preview: Edward Little Red Eddies vs. Nokomis Warriors + How To Watch

The Edward Little Red Eddies will square off against the Nokomis Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Edward Little's favor as the team sits on five straight wins at home while Nokomis has been banged up by five consecutive losses on the road.

On Thursday, Edward Little made easy work of Maranacook and carried off a 3-0 victory.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Edward Little was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-4, 25-9, 25-12.

Edward Little got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Hayleigh Merrill out in front who had six aces. Those six aces gave Merrill a new career-high.

Meanwhile, Nokomis came up short against Gardiner on Thursday, falling 3-0.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-6, 25-10.

Edward Little's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Nokomis, their loss dropped their record down to 1-9.

Edward Little skirted past Nokomis 3-2 when the teams last played back in September of 2024. Do the Red Eddies have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Warriors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
