Basketball Recap: Marlboro Takes a Loss

Marlboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 45-35 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wall Township Crimson Knights. The matchup marked the Mustangs' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Marlboro's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Wall Township, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-5.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Marlboro will face off against Freehold Township on Thursday. As for Wall Township, they will square off against South River on Thursday.
