Volleyball Recap: Fulton City Comes Up Short

Fulton City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 17th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Carlisle County Comets. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Comets this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat back in September.

Fulton City's record is now 0-15. As for Carlisle County, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-10 record this season.

Fulton City and Carlisle County will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time the Bulldogs see the court they'll take on Hickman County at 7:00 p.m. on the 13th. As for Carlisle County, their break will end when they face Mayfield at 7:00 p.m. on the 14th.
