Preview: Stroudsburg Mountaineers vs. Easton Area Rovers
The Stroudsburg Mountaineers will be playing at home against the Easton Area Rovers at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Stroudsburg had to start their season on the road on Wednesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell 64-51 to Pocono Mountain East.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 75-34, which was the final score in Easton Area's tilt against Wilson on Saturday. Easton Area has not had much luck with Wilson recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Despite the loss, Easton Area got a solid performance out of Ryan Cornish, who scored 14 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Algee Macon, who scored 8 points.
Stroudsburg's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Easton Area, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
