Volleyball Recap: Forsyth Central Takes a Loss

The Forsyth Central Bulldogs came up short against the Woodward Academy War Eagles on Tuesday and fell 2-0. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aubrie Bennett paced Forsyth Central's offense, picking up seven kills. Bennett got some help from Mackenzie Porter and her six assists. Porter was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Forsyth Central's loss dropped their record down to 5-6. As for Woodward Academy, the win keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Forsyth Central has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Grayson on the 21st. As for Woodward Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Norcross on the 19th.
