Kings has gone 8-2 against Turpin recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Knights will head out on the road to take on the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. Kings will be strutting in after a win while Turpin will be coming in after a loss.

Kings is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their game on Friday with ease, bagging a 49-14 victory over Milford. With the Knights ahead 35-7 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Meanwhile, Turpin fought the good fight in their overtime contest against Lebanon on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 41-38. The Spartans were up 14-0 in the first quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.

The win (which was Kings' third in a row) raised their record to 7-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.0 points over those games. As for Turpin, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-4.

Everything went Kings' way against Turpin in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Kings made off with a 27-7 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Knights since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
