Wilson Hall lost to John Paul II back in January, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Wilson Hall Barons enjoyed a cozy 52-38 victory over the John Paul II Golden Warrriors. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Barons.

Wilson Hall had a senior duo take command as Hugh Humphries dropped a double-double on 14 points and 12 boards and Shawn Michael Matthews made all 6 shots he took racking up 14 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Knox Buxton, who posted seven points.

Wilson Hall is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.4 points per game. As for John Paul II, their loss dropped their record down to 12-6.
