Providence Catholic waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Fenwick Friars. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Celtics also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Sean Dovin paced Providence Catholic's offense, picking up seven kills. Dovin got some help from Andrew Lubinski and his 14 assists. Jackson Fowler controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Providence Catholic's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-18. As for Fenwick, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-15.

Looking ahead, Providence Catholic will venture away from home to square off against Evergreen Park at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Mustangs will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Celtics surely won't give up without a fight. As for Fenwick, they will head out to face off against St. Laurence at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
