Soccer Recap: Miller School of Albemarle Takes a Loss

Miller School of Albemarle managed to keep up with Veritas School until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Mavericks came up short against the Lions, falling 5-0. Miller School of Albemarle have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Miller School of Albemarle's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Veritas School, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Miller School of Albemarle will host Fishburne Military at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give Miller School of Albemarle their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Veritas School, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Mary's Ryken at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
