Volleyball Recap: Ridgeview Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Ridgeview managed to slip by Independence the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wolf Pack lost 3-0 to the Falcons on Thursday. The Wolf Pack have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Ridgeview ultimately came up short, they really made Independence work, particularly in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 27-25, 25-13.

Independence was led to victory by Aria Moreno and Raya Sanders. Moreno had 20 digs and two assists, while Sanders had ten digs. Those two assists gave Moreno a new career-high.

Ridgeview's loss dropped their record down to 14-6. As for Independence, they pushed their record up to 16-7-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coming up, Ridgeview will venture away from home to face off against Stockdale at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Independence, they will take on Highland at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
