Recap: A-D-M Tigers vs. Perry Bluejays
The A-D-M Tigers waltzed into their match Monday with five straight wins but they left with six. They breezed by Perry at home to the tune of 81-37. A-D-M's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Perry's loss came despite strong showings from Gustavo Drahos and Alix Colas. Drahos scored 12 points, while Colas scored nine points. Those 12 points set a new season-high mark for him.
Perry struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only an offensive rebound. That's the fewest offensive rebounds they've managed all season.
A-D-M pushed their record up to 6-1 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.8 points per game. As for Perry, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. A-D-M will be home for the holidays to greet Van Meter at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Van Meter has insisted on making their lastthree contests complete nail-biters, turning in a record of 1-2 during that stretch of close contests. Perry won't have much time to rest: their next game is against West Marshall at 7:30 p.m. on December 19th.
