Brian Grissom posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 310 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 18.2 yards per carry, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also punched in two rushing touchdowns, which is notable because Little River Academy is 4-1 when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 0-3 otherwise.

Coming up, Grissom and Little River Academy will square off against McGregor at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Bumblebees got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Bulldogs thanks in part to Grissom: he rushed for 72 yards and two scores on only seven carries.
