Patoka Lake Top Player Performances of the Week

Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!

Christian Hamilton Goes Supernova in Springs Valley Win

Starting off the list is Springs Valley's Christian Hamilton, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Hamilton rushed for 187 yards and four touchdowns on only 13 carries. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 125 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Hamilton must have Tecumseh's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Hamilton rushed for 123 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries the last time he and the Braves duked it out back in September of 2023.

Dane Padgett and Co. Win Seventh in a Row

Dane Padgett was instrumental in extending Paoli's winning streak to seven on Friday. Crawford County had no answer to Padgett as he rushed for 103 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries. Padgett also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up a sack and making seven total tackles.

If the past is any indication, Padgett could be in store for another big game when he takes on Mitchell on Friday. Padgett rushed for 121 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also picked up 51 receiving yards the last time he and the Bluejackets duked it out back in October of 2023.
