Basketball Game Preview: Sheyenne Mustangs vs. Fargo South Bruins

The Sheyenne Mustangs will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the Fargo South Bruins at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, both will really light up the scoreboard.

Sheyenne is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Tuesday. They fell 87-80 to West Fargo. One positive for the Mustangs, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Fargo South also suffered a loss in their last game, but this one to Horace by a score of 93-82.

Sheyenne's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Fargo South, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Sheyenne strolled past Fargo South in their previous meeting back in March by a score of 68-52. Does Sheyenne have another victory up their sleeve, or will Fargo South turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
