Softball Recap: Lyndon Comes Up Short

Lyndon lost to Osage City on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Tigers came up short against the Indians, falling 23-2.

Lyndon saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Haley Burkdoll, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base and two RBI.

Lyndon's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Osage City, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Lyndon will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Lebo at 4:00 p.m. on April 6. As for Osage City, they will venture away from home to face off against Anderson County at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
