Soccer Recap: Tate's Undefeated Season over After Six Games

After flying high against Pensacola on Friday, Tate came back down to earth. The Aggies fell just short of the Niceville Eagles by a score of 3-2 on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for Tate in their meetings with Niceville: they've now lost six in a row.

Becker Sarmiento and Tyler Clarke scored both of Tate's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

Having lost for the first time this season, Tate fell to 4-1-1. As for Niceville, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Tate will square off against West Florida at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Niceville, they will take on South Walton at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
