Baseball Recap: Lindsay Comes Up Short

After flying high against Perry on Thursday, Lindsay came back down to earth. The Leopards took a 7-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chickasha Fightin Chicks on Monday. The Leopards haven't had much luck with the Fightin Chicks recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Lindsay's defeat dropped their record down to 15-14. As for Chickasha, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-17.

Lindsay does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chickasha, they will welcome Blanchard at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Fightin Chicks will need to watch out since the Lions have now posted at least ten runs in their last four games.
