Banneker had won five straight home games dating back to last season and Kylee Deskins did her part to make it six on Wednesday. The Banneker Bulldogs blew past the School Without Walls Penguins, posting a 48-16 victory thanks in part to Deskins, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten boards. Those ten rebounds gave her a new career-high.
The team also got some help courtesy of Imani Diallo, who posted three points in addition to 12 boards and five blocks. Diallo is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: she's pulled down at least ten every time she's taken the court this season.
