This season hasn't been kind to the KIPP Austin Brave Eagles, who are still winless after their fourth contest. Their rough 59-35 loss to IDEA Bluff Springs on Tuesday might stick with them for a while.
IDEA Bluff Springs got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Emanuel Aguirre out in front who scored 10 points along with 5 steals. Another player making a difference was Frank Garcia , who dropped a double-double on 10 points and 10 rebounds.
KIPP Austin Brave's defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-4. As for IDEA Bluff Springs, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. KIPP Austin Brave will take on IDEA Montopolis at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. IDEA Bluff Springs' road trip will continue as they head out to face Harmony School Of Excellence-Austin at 5:30 p.m. on December 12th.
