The Rossville Hornets will face off against the Taylor Titans at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Rossville is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 60.5 points per game this season.

Rossville will bounce into Tuesday's match after beating Northwestern, who they had gone 0-5 against in their five prior meetings. Rossville had just enough and edged Northwestern out 57-55.

Rossville got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Brayden Thiele-Hahn out in front who dropped a double-double with 18 points and ten boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordan Skiles, who went 6-for-10 from beyond the arc to rack up 20 points and five rebounds.

Rossville smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive rebounds. They are 3-1 when they hit their own glass that hard.

Meanwhile, Taylor didn't have quite enough to beat Tipton on Saturday and fell 43-40. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Titans have suffered against the Blue Devils since January 22, 2021.

Taylor dropped their record down to 14-6 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Rossville, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-6 record this season.

Rossville couldn't quite finish off Taylor in their previous matchup back in January and fell 49-46. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Taylor's Javionne Harris, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 19 boards.
