Central Valley had already won 11 in a row dating back to last season (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 48.6 points) and they went ahead and made it 12 on Friday. They took their match with ease, bagging a 46-0 win over the West Holt Huskies. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Huskies, too.

Lincoln Nekoliczak threw for 88 yards while completing 71.4% of his passes. Zevan Wolf was his top target, picking up 35 receiving yards. On the ground, Luke Shoemaker rushed for 108 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Central Valley's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for West Holt, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
