Softball Recap: Johnson Central Comes Up Short

Johnson Central lost to Frederick Douglass back in April of 2019 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Golden Eagles took a 9-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Broncos.

Johnson Central's defeat dropped their record down to 15-15. As for Frederick Douglass, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-10 record this season.

Johnson Central has already played their next game, a 6-4 victory against Scott County on the 9th. As for Frederick Douglass, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-5 loss against Perry County Central on the 9th.
