Basketball Recap: Fossil Ridge Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Pinnacle, Fossil Ridge was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They walked away with a 63-56 victory over the Olympia Bears.

Fossil Ridge now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Olympia, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Fossil Ridge will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Severance at 12:00 p.m. on January 3, 2026. The SaberCats will need to watch out since the Silver Knights have now posted at least 55 points in their last three contests. Olympia will take on Union in a holiday battle at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Bears will need to watch out since the Titans have now posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
