Recap: La Salette Academy Lions vs. Dupo Tigers

The La Salette Academy Lions can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 47-16 victory over Dupo. The win was nothing new for La Salette Academy as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead La Salette Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Eamon Martin, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Martin is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games he's played. Another player making a difference was Andrew Sick, who scored ten points along with three steals.

La Salette Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. As for Dupo, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. La Salette Academy won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Clifton Central at 2:30 p.m. on January 20th. Hopefully Clifton Central focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 on Friday. As for Dupo, they will play host again and welcome Lebanon, where tip off is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
