The home team had come away the winner the last four times North and Central had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Mustangs put the hurt on the Bobcats with a sharp 18-0 win on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won eight games by ten runs or more so far this season.

Solis Coker was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

In other batting news, North got a massive performance out of Ariana Velasquez, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Those four hits gave Velasquez a new career-high. Jayla Santiesteban was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI.
