Volleyball Game Preview: Skyline Coyotes vs. Boulder Creek Jaguars + Official Tickets

The Skyline Coyotes will venture away from home to take on the Boulder Creek Jaguars at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Skyline took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They came out on top against Dobson by a score of 3-1. The Coyotes haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Boulder Creek not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 17th (when they won 3-0). They blew past West Point 3-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Boulder Creek took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-10, 25-13.

Skyline better focus on containing Hailey Huddleston and Julia Martain as the pair were huge in Boulder Creek's win. Huddleston had three digs and two aces, while Martain had eight digs and two assists. What's more, Huddleston racked up 14 assists, the most she's had since back in September.

Skyline's record now sits at 11-14. As for Boulder Creek, their record is now 15-18.

Skyline suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Boulder Creek in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Can the Coyotes avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
