Baseball Recap: Webster City Takes a Loss

After flying high against Osage on Thursday, Webster City came back down to earth. The Lynx came up short against the Fort Dodge Dodgers on Tuesday, falling 13-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Lynx have suffered since June 18th.

Webster City's loss dropped their record down to 12-16-1. As for Fort Dodge, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 25-13.

Coming up, Webster City will venture away from home to square off against Waverly-Shell Rock on Friday. As for Fort Dodge, they will face off against Mason City on Friday.
